1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or interacting with the Grid.Pe platform interface, you express unconditioned compliance with these Terms & Conditions and our integrated Privacy Policy. If you object to these terms, platform access must be terminated immediately.
2. Legal Capacity & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years of age and hold full legal capacity to enter binding contractual arrangements under the laws of India.
3. Operational Nature of Service (TSP Declaration)
Grid.Pe is a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and an on-demand hyperlocal marketplace aggregator. Grid.Pe does not operate as a financial institution, banking company, or prepaid payment instrument issuer. The application provides a software user interface to coordinate physical delivery logistics for user requests. Grid.Pe never accepts consumer cash deposits, never hosts internal digital asset wallets, and never acts as a custodian of public money.
4. The Payment & Settlement Interface
All digital payments initiated on Grid.Pe are executed upfront and processed entirely by an independent, RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator. Funds transacted at checkout flow directly into a regulated, third-party Nodal Account held in trust by the payment processor during the transport cycle. Grid.Pe does not touch or access consumer capital until a transaction is physically fulfilled and authenticated via a secure, one-time password (OTP) delivery handshake.
5. User Onboarding & Identity Standards
Users must submit legitimate documentation during verification. Access to premium multi-currency features or foreign exchange logistics is restricted to the premium Grid.Pe Pro Membership Tier, which mandates a valid passport and tourist visa validation check before configuration. Grid.Pe reserves the absolute right to suspend app access if information is found to be fraudulent or incomplete.
6. Hyperlocal Fulfillment & Delivery Execution
Grid.Pe acts as a logistics marketplace routing agents to user-designated geographic locations.
Users are strictly responsible for checking the identity of the dispatch rider via the live map interface before completing the secure physical delivery step.
Fulfillment completion is executed exclusively when the user provides the unique, app-generated 4-digit OTP to the delivery agent.
7. Subscription Membership Tiers (Grid.Pe Pro)
Grid.Pe offers a premium subscription model (Grid.Pe Pro) unlinked to fund custody. Subscriptions are billed as recurring monthly platform access fees to unlock expanded single-delivery transactional limits, alternative logistics speeds, and multi-currency delivery modules. Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable processing charges.
8. Intellectual Property Assets
All software architectures, platform logic, code blocks, high-fidelity dark mode layouts, text layers, and underlying branding assets linked to Grid.Pe are the exclusive property of the platform Founder. Unauthorized duplication, manipulation, or decompilation is strictly prohibited.
9. Account Discontinuation
We retain the absolute authority to deactivate user interfaces, block payment integrations, or delete active configurations if structural breaches, fraudulent transactions, or platform policy compromises are observed.
10. Limitation of Liability
Grid.Pe works strictly as an aggregator service. We disclaim all liabilities relating to hardware downtime, third-party network failures from partnered payment gateways, or errors originating from user negligence or failure to verify secure OTP delivery gates.
11. Severability
If any standalone subsection of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that segment will be limited to the minimum necessary extent, and all surrounding clauses will remain fully functional.
12. Governing Law & Local Jurisdiction
These operating terms are governed explicitly by the laws of India. Any formal dispute, litigation, or legal claim originating from platform interactions will fall strictly within the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
