1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Grid.Pe app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use Grid.Pe.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
Maintain the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and OTPs.
Use the app only for lawful purposes.
Refrain from attempting to bypass our verification or security systems.
4. KYC & Verification
Grid.Pe complies with RBI-mandated KYC requirements. You may be required to submit documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Driver’s License. We reserve the right to suspend services if your KYC is incomplete, invalid, or deemed suspicious.
5. Transactions
Grid.Pe enables cash 'withdrawal' pickups and other services through partnered networks.
We do not guarantee specific delivery times, though best efforts will be made.
You are solely responsible for verifying the pickup agent's identity before handing over cash.
Grid.Pe is not liable for cash handed over to unauthorized personnel.
6. Wallet Usage
Your Grid.Pe Wallet is non-interest-bearing and can only be used within the app ecosystem or withdrawn to a verified bank account/UPI. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and legal action.
7. Linked Bank Accounts & Cards
You may link your own bank account, UPI ID, or card to the Grid.Pe platform. By doing so, you authorize Grid.Pe to process payments and display related information.
8. Referral & Rewards
Referral bonuses and reward programs are subject to change without notice. Any abuse of the system (e.g., fake signups) will lead to disqualification and immediate account action.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, if we detect fraudulent behavior, or if requested by law enforcement.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, UI/UX, and code associated with Grid.Pe are owned by Biradhwaj Senapati (Founder) You may not reuse or repurpose any part of the product without written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Grid.Pe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; service interruptions caused by third-party failures; or losses arising from user error or negligence.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
